Originally a federation home, Mt Lyell Anchorage has been transformed into a luxury self-contained guest house suitable for individuals, couples, groups and families for business or leisure.
The peppermint rooms are light and uplifting all with:
- Private bathroom (two with en-suites)
- Very comfortable beds
- Electric blankets
- Electric heating
- Comfortable seating
- Quality hairdryer
- Fluffy towels and bathrobes
- Fresh flowers from the garden when available
- Easy access (ground floor).

- Plentiful breakfast provisions are included in all tariffs.
- Free laundry facilities available for all guests.
- Free undercover BBQ for all guests.
- Limited undercover parking, no charge for any parking.
Mt Lyell Anchorage accepts cash, EFTPOS and VISA or MASTERCARD payments.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house or apartment, however, there is plenty of undercover area outside should guests wish to smoke.
